Your Responsibilities...
In this role, you will support our Northern Europe HR Operations team with monthly payroll administration and the delivery of key HR administrative processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting monthly payroll and benefits administration
- Managing HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
- Preparing employment contracts, amendment letters, and employee communications
- Maintaining personnel records and employee data
- Processing updates in Workday, Concur, and benefits platforms
- Managing and following up on HR enquiries through ServiceNow
- Supporting HR reporting, KPI tracking, and HR projects
What You'll Bring...
You are organised, detail-oriented, and service-oriented, with a passion for working with people, data, and processes.
Your skills and experience include:
- Relevant administrative or HR experience
- Experience supporting payroll inputs and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday would be an advantage
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
