Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure to shape core systems enabling secure, reliable money movement across markets and currencies. You will own the technical roadmap for payment processing, settlement, and virtual accounts, partnering with Engineering, Treasury, and Compliance to ensure accurate, timely processing.

You will guide architecture decisions for APIs and distributed systems, define routing strategies, and drive liquidity and cross-border settlement

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management with 3+ years in payments infrastructure, rails, ledger systems, or core banking/transaction platforms.
• Strong technical fluency for architecture discussions on APIs and distributed systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets/time zones.
• Experience balancing speed, cost, scalability, and reliability when defining technical priorities.
• Experience with stablecoin or cryptocurrency settlement networks is a plus.
• Experience integrating banking partners or cross-border payment rails is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical roadmap for core payment infrastructure, including rails, ledger systems, settlement engines, currency conversion, and virtual accounts.
• Lead development of virtual accounts and Virtual IBAN infrastructure for customer-facing payments.
• Align infrastructure capabilities with product requirements and translate needs into technical priorities.
• Evaluate and oversee integrations with banking partners, liquidity providers, and settlement networks.
• Own transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation across multiple currencies and networks.
• Define payment routing and currency conversion strategies and support settlement through networks like USDC/USDT/PYUSD.
• Collaborate with Engineering on APIs, distributed systems, data consistency, idempotency, error handling, and reconciliation.
• Incorporate liquidity requirements and funding models with Treasury into infrastructure design.
• Embed regulatory and market-specific requirements with Compliance from the outset.
• Define and monitor metrics such as transaction success, settlement times, uptime, and reconciliation accuracy.
• Work with Engineering on capacity planning, incident response, and tech debt prioritization.
• Document capabilities, limitations, and partner integrations to support teams.
