Job summary

Booking.com is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Partner Payments in Amsterdam. You will work with engineering, design and data science to build payments solutions across 50+ countries, enabling accurate payouts to partners and scalable platform functions.

Qualifications

Track record shipping large-scale software platform products.
Experience handling external stakeholders.
6+ years product management in payments at a global tech company.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of large scale modernization projects
Drive discovery, planning and delivery of platform functions enabling faster and more reliable payments to partners
Closely work with internal technical teams to ensure a comprehensive roadmap of features, prioritize them by impact and scale and drive the delivery
Define KPIs for the product, track performance metrics, and iterate based on teams feedback
