Airwallex ищет опытного менеджера продукта для управления жизненным циклом GTPN API и развития платформы для глобальных клиентов. Вы будете вести встречи с Enterprise‑клиентами, архитекторами и партнёрами, формируя стратегию и дорожную карту, обеспечивая безопасность и высокий UX API.

Требуется 6+ лет PM‑опыта с API/платформами, сильные технические знания API, коммуникабельность и способность работать в условиях глобальных часов. Возможна работа в мульти‑таймзонной среде.

Qualifications

• 6+ лет в product management, не менее 3 лет в платформах/API в финтех/платежи.
• Доказанный опыт создания и вывода на рынок масштабируемых API‑платформ.
• Глубокие знания проектирования API, безопасности и UX разработчика.
• Опыт сочетания пользовательских требований и бизнес‑стратегии для роста.
• Умение балансировать долгосрочную стратегию и оперативное выполнение.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки для аудиторий tech и business.
• Опыт работы в кросс‑функциональных командах в быстром темпе.
• Степень бакалавра в CS/Engineering; готовность к работе с глобальными командами.
• Готовность к работе в нескольких часовых поясах; знание английского обяз.

Responsibilities

• Владение полным циклом продукта для GTPN API от идеи до доставки и оптимизации.
• Разработка стратегии и дорожной карты платформы в условиях долгосрочных задач и краткосрочных потребностей.
• Прямое взаимодействие с корпоративными клиентами, разработчиками и партнёрами.
• Перевод сложных кейсов в масштабируемые и безопасные API совместно с инженерами.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for GTPN APIs, from ideation to delivery and ongoing optimization
• Develop and champion the strategic vision and roadmap for the platform, balancing long-term innovation with short-term business needs
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, developers, and partners to understand their needs, gather feedback, and validate product features
• Translate complex use cases into scalable, secure, and intuitive APIs in collaboration with engineering teams
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales, compliance, and data science to deliver impactful solutions
• Use data-driven methods to define and measure success metrics, prioritize requirements, and communicate plans and launches
• Represent GTPN in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and enterprise partners
• Mentor and lead other product managers, with the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role
• Stay ahead of industry trends in payments, APIs, and financial technology, and leverage AI/ML where relevant to drive product innovation

• 6+ Years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on platform/API products in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
• Proven track record of defining, building, and launching successful, scalable API-powered platforms or products
• Deep technical understanding of API design principles, security, and developer experience
• Experience considering user requirements and commercial strategy to drive meaningful product growth
• Strong ability to manage trade-offs between long-term vision and short-term execution
• Excellent communication skills for conveying product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working in data-driven, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and with global teams
• Exceptional English and Chinese communication skills
• Nice to have: Experience with global card networks and banking partners, familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman, GitHub, or API client tooling, hands-on developer experience, knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC/AML, and card network rules, experience in hyper-growth startup environments, financial infrastructure, or technology, a Master's degree in a relevant field, passion for solving complex problems at the intersection of finance, artificial intelligence, and developer platforms
