Qualifications

• 7+ years of product engineering expertise, with 4+ years in payments systems.
• Proven track record within PSP or high-scale platform payments.
• Expertise in production-level integrations and settlement processes.
• Strong backend mastery in Ruby on Rails or Kotlin.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead payments projects end-to-end, from discovery to incident response.
• Partner with Product to build effective payment solutions.
• Own the reliability and operation of the payments system.
