Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic, early-career professionals with call center experience to join a bold iGaming team on the sunny island of Malta.

You’ll be the frontline hero for thousands of players, handling live chat and email inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly. Relocation and accommodation support are included.

Qualifications

• Proven support experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or live chat).
• Native or near-native Dutch (C2) with strong English written and spoken skills.
• Familiar with CRM dashboards and ticket systems; quick to learn internal tools.
• Willing to relocate to Malta and join an international expat culture.

• Live Chat & Email Support: Assist players in real-time with everything from game rules and bonus activations to payout queries and account verification.
• Problem-Solving Superhero: De-escalate tricky situations, troubleshoot tech glitches, and leave every user with a smile.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work side-by-side with VIP managers, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running like a dream.
• Keep the Energy High: Bring your personality, humor, and active listening skills to work every single day.

Who We’re Looking For

This role isn't for complete beginners—we need someone who already knows their way around a ticket system or chat interface:

1. Proven Support Experience (Non-Negotiable): You already have hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or BPO live chat). You know how to multitask, handle chat queues, and deliver 5-star support under pressure.
2. Language Power: Native or near-native (C2) Dutch, plus strong written and spoken English.
3. Tech & Fast-Paced Mindset: You can navigate CRM dashboards, switch between 5 browser tabs seamlessly, and learn internal tools fast.
