Job summary

LeadBot, based in Amersfoort, is hiring a Partner Account Manager on a part-time or full-time basis (32-40 hours) with hybrid work. You will manage and grow partnerships with marketing and web design agencies across the Netherlands, onboarding new partners and spotting growth opportunities.

You will be the go-to contact for partners, advising on how LeadBot improves conversions and client results, while driving activation and client acquisition.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and know how to build relationships that keep growing.
• Proactive: take initiative and deliver.
• Strong, persuasive communicator online and in person.
• Think strategically and spot commercial opportunities for partners.
• Completed bachelor's degree (HBO or equivalent).
• Affinity for online marketing is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & grow partnerships with existing partners, update on product updates, help partners use LeadBot smarter.
• Onboard new partners by running knowledge sessions online or on-site.
• Spot opportunities and propose initiatives contributing to LeadBot's growth.
• Advise on how LeadBot increases conversions and delivers better marketing results.
• Drive activation by helping partners showcase our partnership on their channels.
• Identify, approach and convince new clients, contributing to customer base growth.
• Attend partner events and trade shows to represent LeadBot.
