Job summary

Vos Logistics is seeking a Payroll Administrator to own the entire payroll process from registration to year-end closing within an international logistics environment. You will ensure compliance with Dutch payroll legislation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with HR and finance to optimize payroll workflows.

We value analytical thinking, accuracy, and curiosity about applying AI in payroll. This role offers 24–28 hours per week and room to develop within a growing European logistics group.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payroll processing and relevant legislation and regulations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to handle complex issues in payroll.
