Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a part-time Lead Tech EHS in Amersfoort for a 6-month contract. You will ensure regulatory and J&J EHS standard compliance across offices and warehouses through training, inspections, CAPA management, and KPI monitoring.

You will develop the local EHS strategy, lead the Tactical Plan, and partner with site management to improve safety outcomes while delivering EHS initiatives and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in EHS management within corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and CAPA processes.
• Ability to lead audits, training, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop local EHS strategy and annual Tactical Plan aligned with Global and EMEA programs.
• Achieve and monitor EHS KPIs and manage/close corrective actions (CAPA).
• Maintain EHS Management system to ensure regulatory compliance and standards.
• Support site in developing EHS objectives through auditing, analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Deliver EHS training and foster a culture of safety across sites.
• Collaborate with functions at campus level and manage stakeholder communications.
