Qualifications

• Education level as stated: ISCED 2 in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse environment preferred, with shipping/docs handling.
• Knowledge of logistics software and carrier platforms (DHL or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Fluent English, strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, transportation, distribution, and inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Plan routes, schedules, and execution of shipments; monitor shipments for delays.
• Support inventory optimization to minimize shortages and excess stock.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Analyze demand forecasts and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Identify and implement process improvements in logistics operations.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service for coordination.
• Assist teams in resolving logistics challenges and improving processes.
• Support cross-functional teams to optimize overall supply chain performance.
