Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a part-time Lead Tech EHS for Amersfoort and IM Breda on a 6-month contract to ensure regulatory and EHS standard compliance across offices and warehouses through training, inspections, and CAPA management. You will lead the local delivery of the annual Tactical Plan and monitor EHS KPIs.

The role requires EHS training and strong safety program experience, with a focus on effective leadership and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide EHS training and professional consultations.
• Lead CAPA management and coordinate with local stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Campus functions on EHS improvements.
