Qualifications

• Part-time Lead Tech EHS role in Amersfoort for 6 months.
• EHS regulatory compliance and J&J EHS standards knowledge required.
• Capability to train, audit, analyze and report EHS performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop local strategy aligned with Global and EMEA EHS plans.
• Monitor EHS KPIs and manage corrective actions (CAPA).
• Maintain EHS Management system and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead site EHS objectives through auditing, analysis and reporting.
• Provide EHS training and foster safety culture.
• Collaborate with campus functions and manage EHS improvements.
