Job summary

Soprasteria1 is seeking a Configuration Management specialist to join the service team in Noordwijk, NL. The role involves coordinating CM activities across the project control section and ensuring documentation stays aligned with contractual baselines.

You will manage CM data for project teams interfacing with industrial partners and support the development of documentation management plans. Qualifications include a Master in Engineering and at least 4 years in CM, with strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Configuration Management.
• Experience supporting Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and configuration baselines.
• Familiarity with CADM deliverables and PLM processes (e.g., CIDLs, CSARs, CBDLs, ECLIPSE review cycles).
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish liaison between the service team and the project control section for configuration management and documentation alignment.
• Perform configuration and data management for project teams interfacing with the industrial consortium.
• Support implementation and maintain programmatic, contractual and technical baselines.
• Track product configuration evolutions from as-contracted to as-operated.
• Conduct configuration audits, inspections and CI identification.
• Configure, operate, report from and improve CM databases.
• Prepare and follow-up as secretary of the Configuration Control Board (CCB).
• Support processing and disposition of CCB documents for review and approval including DMPs.
