Job summary

Smith group is seeking a Systems & Automation Coordinator in Haarlem, The Netherlands, to support the documentation, refinement, and implementation of operational systems. You will coordinate project components, gather requirements, map processes, and provide end-user support for new automation initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with collaboration across IT and Operations to ensure timely delivery and quality

Qualifications

• Assist in documenting and refining operational methods and procedures to support evolving business needs.
• Coordinate components of systems and automation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and end‐user support for new system implementations and enhancements.
• Coordinate closely with IT project managers to support the execution of roadmaps for system integration and automation initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for Operations end-users and IT project managers on assigned system and automation projects, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, tools, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to change management activities, including coordination of training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
• Help ensure that global systems and automation initiatives meet established quality, sustainability, and performance standards.
