Job summary

IHCP Marriott zoekt Food & Beverage Crew-leden voor ons hotel in Den Haag. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het serveren en bereiden van eten en drinken, het creëren van gastvrije ervaringen en het adviseren van gasten over bezienswaardigheden in de stad.

Vereisten zijn minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, uitstekende gastvrijheid en een proactieve, zelfstandige werkhouding met teamwork. Fulltime dienstverband in een internationaal team; Engels vereist, Nederlands een pluspunt.

Qualifications

• Engels vereist; Nederlands is een pluspunt.
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
• Fulltime beschikbaarheid en gastgerichte instelling.
• Verkrijgbare referenties van vorige werkgevers vereist.

Responsibilities

• Samenwerken met het team om memorabele gastbelevingen te creëren.
• Bedienen en bereiden van eten en dranken, indien nodig aanbevelen.
• Werkplek schoon en HACCP-kwaliteitsnormen naleven.
• Apparatuur en omgeving verzorgen en onderhouden.
• Gasten adviseren over bezienswaardigheden in Den Haag.
• Kennis delen en gasten verwelkomen met een warme ontvangst.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You're not "just" Food & Beverage.
You're the cocktail shaker, the smile at breakfast, the bartender, the storyteller - the one who makes guests feel welcome from the very first hello.

In this role, you will:

• Work together with the team to create memorable guest experiences
• Serve and prepare food & beverages, making recommendations when appropriate
• Keep your work area clean, organized and compliant with HACCP standards
• Take care of equipment and surroundings
• Advise guests on fun and interesting things to see and do in The Hague
• Share your knowledge, play a game with guests and make everyone feel WELCOME

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You:

• Speak English (Dutch is a plus)
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Are a self-starter with a passion for hospitality
• Can work independently and thrive in a team
• Are young at heart, playful and guest-focused
• Are looking for a full-time role
• Can provide two professional references
