You will partner with the sales manager to translate customer needs into technical concepts, balancing advanced technology with competitive pricing, and guiding bids to final handover. With a bachelor’s or master’s in industrial, mechanical, or logistics engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, coordinate deliverables, and help win projects while working in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset to solve logistics challenges.
• Fluent English required; additional German or another language is a plus.
• Experience coordinating technical sales and projects across teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales manager to craft and execute sales tactics.
• Address commercial or tactical challenges with the sales manager.
• Oversee all sales engineering deliverables from bid to handover.
• Involve technical experts to create effective conceptual designs.
• Lead internal support teams to align with the vision.
• Translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to the sales process and timelines.
