Job summary

Oakwell Hampton Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to own client portfolios, combine hands-on campaign management with strategy, and communicate with clients. You will focus on Meta and TikTok campaigns, improve performance, and help brands grow in a hybrid setup.

The role requires you to manage budgets, analyze results, and collaborate with a growing team to drive scalable outcomes for B2C and ecommerce brands. Fluent Dutch is preferred for client interactions.

Qualifications

• Extensive paid social experience across Meta.
• Experience managing campaigns for B2C or eCommerce brands.
• Able to own client accounts and budgets and explain results.
• TikTok advertising experience is a plus.

Looking for a paid social role where you can take ownership of your accounts and work directly with clients?

I’m working with a growing digital agency specialising in paid social for B2C and eCommerce brands. With a team that's growing and working across exciting clients, they’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Specialist to join the team.

About the role:

You’ll manage your own client portfolio, combining hands on campaign management with strategy and client communication. Working across mainly Meta and TikTok, you’ll be responsible for improving performance and helping brands grow.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop paid social strategies around each client’s objectives.
• Build, manage and optimise Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Manage budgets and identify opportunities to scale campaigns.
• Analyse results and turn insights into practical recommendations.
• Manage client relationships, keeping clients updated on performance and next steps.
• Share ideas and discuss account performance in weekly team sessions.

What they’re looking for:

• Strong paid social experience, particularly across Meta.
• Experience managing campaigns for B2C or eCommerce brands.
• Confidence taking ownership of client accounts and budgets.
• The ability to explain campaign results and advise clients.
• TikTok advertising experience would be beneficial.
