Job summary

Artipoppe, part of the Bugaboo Group, seeks a Paid Media Specialist to drive campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google. Based in Amsterdam with hybrid work options, you will grow awareness, traffic and online sales while collaborating with creative and e‑commerce teams.

You bring 1–3 years in paid social, hands-on with Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, GA4, and Smartly.io. You are analytical, fluent in English (Dutch a plus), and detail‑oriented.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in paid social or performance marketing, ideally in e‑commerce.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads, plus GA4.
• Strong analytical skills and a habit of testing before scaling.
• Excellent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Ownership, curiosity and ability to switch between projects.
• Attention to detail for campaigns, catalogs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with creative team to test concepts balancing performance and brand.
• Run incrementality, lift and A/B tests and derive decisions.
• Prepare weekly performance insights and recommendations for marketing.
• Manage product catalogs and Channable feeds with e‑commerce team.
• Benchmark competitors and explore new features and ideas.
