Job summary

The Next Ad B.V. in Amsterdam is seeking a Paid Social Director to lead strategy, client relationships, and team growth across Europe. You will connect strategic vision with execution and elevate paid social campaigns for multiple brands.

You will shape capabilities, drive performance, mentor teams, collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, and build new opportunities with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paid social experience including strategy, measurement and optimization.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop people and drive high performance (preferably in a media agency).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results focus.
• Excellent communication skills; able to advise senior clients and build relationships.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy across multiple markets and align with client objectives and broader media plans.
• Oversee campaign delivery, measurement, and optimization for high-quality results.
• Coach and develop your team, building a high-performance culture.
• Build senior-level client partnerships with strategic guidance and growth opportunities.
• Shape the capability by developing best practices and embracing innovation and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across brands/markets.
• Foster strategic partnerships with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to unlock new opportunities.
• Contribute to new business pitches, client onboarding, and expanding offerings.
