Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a client in the Netherlands, is seeking a Performance Marketing Motion Designer / Video Editor. You will create, edit, and animate paid social creatives aimed at driving measurable results across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Working with marketing teams, you’ll test variations, analyze performance using CTR, ROAS, CVR, and iteratively improve assets. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and a willingness to leverage AI tools are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, performance creative, or a closely related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, video editing, paid social creative, and social-first storytelling.
• Proven experience creating performance-oriented advertisements for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, CPM, CPC.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze creative performance and turn data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong test-and-learn mindset and willingness to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, edit, and animate assets for social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Translate marketing objectives and audience insights into engaging creative concepts for measurable actions.
• Break down ads into components for modular variations and structured A/B testing.
• Review performance data to identify patterns and inform iterations.
• Manage end-to-end post-production workflows including video editing, sound design, VFX, and typography.
• Adapt successful creatives into multiple versions, placements, and formats while maintaining organization.
