Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a Netherlands-based client, seeks an E-Comm Static Ads Designer. You will craft high-volume, high-converting static assets for e-commerce and performance campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, Google Display, and programmatic channels.

Balance direct-response efficiency with brand polish, iterate rapidly with multiple variations, and work in a remote-first, asynchronous setting with a daily 2–3 hour overlap for feedback and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing direct-response creative for DTC, e-commerce, lead-generation, or performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong performance-first mindset with focus on clicks, engagement and conversions.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one major design tool (Figma, Photoshop or Canva).
• Proven ability to produce high volumes of creative with 10+ variations per concept.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance static advertisements for Meta, Pinterest, Google Display and programmatic campaigns.
• Create a broad range of formats and styles, including UGC-inspired and premium brand layouts.
• Develop carousels, split-screen comparisons, and other performance-oriented formats.
• Iterate concepts rapidly by testing headlines, backgrounds, typography, layouts, and CTAs.
