Triwill Group is seeking an AI Video Editor in the Netherlands to turn briefs into compelling video ads for paid social channels. You will blend AI video-generation workflows with strong editing and direct-response skills to deliver UGC-style, VSL, and short-form content.

Collaborating with a Senior Creative Strategist, you will convert scripts and concepts into polished assets, rapidly producing variants and optimizing them with data-driven feedback.

As an AI Video Editor, you will transform creative briefs into high-performing video ads for paid social platforms. You will combine advanced AI video-generation workflows with strong editing and direct-response creative skills to produce compelling UGC-style, VSL, and short-form advertising content. Working closely with a Senior Creative Strategist, you will turn scripts, concepts, and references into polished, ready-to-launch creative assets. The role is highly execution-focused, with an emphasis on speed, quality, testing, and continuous iteration. You will experiment with AI-generated footage, avatars, product visuals, voiceovers, motion graphics, and other modern production techniques. Your work will directly support performance marketing efforts across channels such as Meta and TikTok.
