Job summary

TrainMore is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to scale multi-brand campaigns across Europe from Amsterdam. You will own planning, execution, and optimization of paid social efforts across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, leveraging automation, scripting, and AI tools to improve performance and throughput.

You will collaborate with Content, Brand, and Design to produce platform-native assets and ensure robust tracking.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience managing performance-focused Paid Social campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Build automation workflows and smart bidding strategies to streamline ad operations.
• Leverage AI tools for dynamic copy generation, creative iteration, and targeting.
• Maintain complex ad account architectures across brands and regions.
• Develop A/B and multivariate tests for creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
• Collaborate with Content, Brand, and Design to translate data into high-converting assets.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across platforms with the data team.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports; spot trends in social marketing.
