Qualifications

• Extensive paid social experience (4+ years).
• Proven leadership experience, with team development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on performance.
• Confidently advising senior clients, influencing stakeholders, and building relationships.
• Experience managing complex client portfolios and cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate data into actionable guidance.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
