Qualifications

• 1–2 years of paid social or performance marketing experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid social campaigns on Meta across markets, including structure, targeting, budgets, and daily optimizations.
• Monitor performance, flag anomalies, diagnose root causes, and propose actions with minimal direction.
• Analyze creative performance using metrics like hook rate, CTR, and translate insights into briefs for Brand team.
• Prepare structured creative briefs and contribute to brainstorming with market and trend insights.
• Support cross‑team projects, track studies, and contribute to AI tooling rollouts with clear ownership.
