Angi, a global home services company, is seeking a Paid Social Marketer to manage Meta campaigns across markets. You will combine data analysis with creative thinking to drive efficient growth and work closely with our Brand team to launch high-performing ads.

You will monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and translate results into actionable briefs for the creative team, contributing to the evolution of our paid social strategy across Europe.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
• Hands-on with data: pull reports, identify patterns, and explain insights clearly.
• Comfort with using AI tools to improve efficiencies in daily work.
• Curious about creative: assess what works in feed and bring ideas to the room.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid social campaigns on Meta across assigned markets, including structure, targeting, budgets, and day-to-day optimizations.
• Monitor performance, flag anomalies, diagnose root causes, and escalate with recommended actions.
• Analyze creative performance across markets using metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and translate insights into monthly briefs.
• Prepare structured creative briefs and contribute to brainstorming with competitor research and trends.
• Support cross-team projects and initiatives, including Tracking Conversion Lift Studies and AI tooling rollouts.
