Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on paid social experience with major platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate objectives into campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid social campaigns from setup through optimisation and reporting.
• Translate client objectives and strategies into effective campaign setups.
• Manage audiences, budgets, formats and structures across social platforms.
• Monitor performance and proactively identify optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate delivery across markets and ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with local teams, clients, creatives, analytics and platform partners.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
