Job summary

Richemont in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior E-Commerce Operations Coordinator Intern to support end-to-end online order flow in the luxury sector. Based in our Cartier E-commerce Operations team, you will coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance and fraud teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Starting February 2027 for 6 months, this paid internship requires university enrollment for the full duration.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Fluent English communication; strong written/verbal skills.
• Interest in luxury e-commerce and operations, with ability to structure tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational follow-up of online orders from start to finish.
• Handle inquiries from customer service and act as main liaison with warehouse, logistics, finance and fraud teams.
• Organize and follow up on exceptional order and delivery services for high-value orders.
• Execute gifting program on a weekly basis.
• Troubleshoot ad hoc issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
