Job summary

Cartier in Amsterdam is offering a six-month CRC coordinator internship starting January 2027. You will work with senior management to provide administrative support and help develop the Amsterdam platform as a Relational hub of excellence within the Cartier Maison.

The role emphasizes organization, cross-functional collaboration, event coordination, and effective internal communication. A university enrollment for the full duration and English as the main working language are required.

Qualifications

• Areas of study in communications, business management/development or hospitality.
• English mandatory as main working language.
• Enrolled in a university for the entire duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of CRC in various tasks and projects.
• Coordinate, organize and follow major teams' events, external visits with departments and projects.
• Support the department in special projects/initiative and ensure their coordination.
• Provide seamless support to leadership teams.
• Support teams in day-to-day operations.
• Organize, execute, and assist with activities (staff meetings, all-hands, on-sites/off-sites, team events).
• Ensure qualitative communication internally to inform, update and promote activities and projects within the CRC.
