Job summary

Cartier in Amsterdam offers a paid 6‑month internship starting February 2027 for a Junior E‑Commerce Operations Coordinator Intern. You will manage end-to-end online orders and coordinate with warehousing, logistics, finance and fraud teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will handle high‑value orders, support the gifting program weekly, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a best-in-class luxury client experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Interest in luxury E-commerce and operations.
• Knowledge of SAP or Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational follow-up of online orders from start to finish.
• Serve as main contact between customer service and operational stakeholders (warehouse, logistics, finance, fraud).
• Organize and follow up on exceptional orders and weekly gifting program.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless daily operations.
