Responsibilities

• Manage operational follow-up of online orders from start to finish.
• Serve as main point of contact between customer service and operational stakeholders (warehouse, logistics, finance, fraud).
• Organise and follow up on exceptional order and delivery services for high-value orders.
• Execute weekly gifting program and troubleshoot ad hoc issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
