Job summary

Mpac Group in Wijchen, Netherlands, seeks a Sales Application Engineer to translate customer needs into technical packaging solutions and accompany the sales process from concept to proposal. You will work with Area Sales Managers, apply AutoCAD, and coordinate with project teams.

Requires HBO degree, 3 years in technical roles, and fluency in Dutch and English; French/German is a plus. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management).
• At least 3 years in a technical, commercial-technical, or technical project lead role, preferably in machine building.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer wishes into clear layouts, calculations and complete proposals.
• Support Area Sales Managers as the technical expert during customer visits (international).
• Ensure proper handover of information to the project organization for sold projects.
• Translate customer feedback into process improvements and contribute to efficient processes.
