Alliance Machine Systems Europe B.V. in the Netherlands seeks an Applications Engineer Sales to evaluate customer applications, prepare layouts and quotations, and support order fulfilment for quoted and secured orders.

The role emphasizes systematic technical support, CAD proficiency, ERP/CRM familiarity, and collaboration with Sales, Service and Engineering teams, with potential growth into a more sales-driven position.

Qualifications

Education: MTS/HTS werktuigbouw (NL), graduate / Industrial Engineer Electro Mechanics (B)
Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in a similar role
Expert in AutoCAD applications
Knowledge of machine safety and CE regulations
Experience working in an organization with global manufacturing locations
Seeking a full-time position, hours negotiable

Responsibilities

Collaborate with AMSE Team to deliver strategic planning and solutions.
Work with Sales to assess documents and specifications to satisfy customer requirements.
Prepare floor plans, cost estimates and price quotations; respond to RFQs professionally.
Provide technical advice on project choices and safety in layouts.
Translate customer specs into product/project specifications and layouts.
Support Field Service Technicians during installation and review packages for accuracy.
Coordinate with Service and Engineering to process retrofit quotes and orders.
Maintain supplier relationships for specifications, pricing and delivery.
Support projects technically from start to finish.
