The role offers a 40-hour week across a 3-shift system, with prospects of a permanent contract upon successful training and onboarding. You will earn €3,200–€3,400 gross per month, including shift allowance, with increases after six months and after full training.

Qualifications

As a Packaging Operator, you will ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly, troubleshoot machine issues, and earn a starting salary of €3,200 gross per month, including shift allowance.

Responsibilities

As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting packaging lines. You will ensure that the machines run efficiently and intervene whenever technical issues occur. You will set up machines correctly, monitor the production process, and carry out quality inspections to ensure that all products meet the required standards.

In addition, you will contribute ideas to improve production processes and work closely with your colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Cleaning and performing basic maintenance on the machines are also part of your daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operator in a production or packaging environment.

• You can speak, write, and read in English;

Salary and Working Hours

Steady salary €3,200 to €3,400 per month, including shift allowance. Salary increases after the first six months and after full training as described in Benefits.
