Jobster zoekt een Assistent-Operator om aan een internationaal voedingsbedrijf bij te dragen. De functie is fulltime (40 uur per week) in een 3-ploegendienst, met een startsalaris van €3.200 bruto per maand inclusief een 21,5% ploegentoeslag.

Na training volgen salarisstijgingen tot circa €3.400 bruto per maand binnen het eerste jaar, met uitzicht op contractverlenging. De rol biedt training, samenwerking met operators en doorgroeimogelijkheden tot operator.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in een productieomgeving of als Operator/Assistent-operator is een voordeel.
• Je werkt graag samen met operators en in teamverband.
• Je bent lichamelijk fit en werkt graag praktisch.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt procedures nauwgezet.
• Je bent bereid in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Je kunt Engels spreken, lezen en schrijven.
• Je woont in of nabij Tilburg.

Responsibilities

• Assisteren van de operator tijdens het productieproces.
• Voorzien van grondstoffen aan de productielijn.
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en afwijkingen melden.
• Verpakken en gereedmaken van eindproducten voor verzending.
• Schoonmaken van machines en zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving.
• Altijd opvolgen van werkinstructies, hygiënevoorschriften en kwaliteitsprocedures.

As an Assistant Operator, you will join an international company in the food industry. You will work full‑time (40 hours per week) in a 3‑shift system and support the operator in ensuring that the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. You can count on a starting salary of €3,200 gross per month, including a 21.5% shift allowance.

Functieomschrijving

As an Assistant Operator, you will support the operator in the daily production process. Together, you are responsible for preparing, mixing, and processing high-quality food ingredients. During your first weeks, you will receive thorough training from an experienced colleague, allowing you to gradually become familiar with the production process and your responsibilities.

Your tasks include:

• Assisting the operator during the production process;
• Supplying raw materials to the production line;
• Monitoring the production process and reporting any irregularities;
• Packing and preparing finished products for shipment;
• Cleaning machines and maintaining a clean and safe work environment;
• Following work instructions, hygiene regulations, and quality procedures at all times.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in production, likes to support colleagues, and wants to develop further in an operator position.
