Jobster in Etten-Leur zoekt een Packaging Operator die de verpakkingslijn laat draaien, producten veilig verpakt en kwaliteit bewaakt. Je werkt in een hands-on team met een duidelijke 3-ploegenrooster en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op de werkvloer.

Je werkt volgens hygiëne- en veiligheidsprocedures, houdt de werkplek schoon en georganiseerd en ondersteunt de productie bij kwaliteitscontroles. Er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling via training en een mogelijk vast contract.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Join the team as a Packaging Operator and play an important role in the production process. You keep the packaging line running smoothly, monitor product quality, and make sure safety procedures are followed. You'll have a hands-on role with responsibility, teamwork, and a clear 3-shift schedule. Ready for a new challenge?

As a Packaging Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You make sure packaging machines operate efficiently, materials are available on time, and products are packaged according to the required quality standards. With your attention to detail and focus on safety, you help maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized production environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Take product samples and deliver them to the quality department for inspection
• Provide clear instructions and support to the production team regarding quality, hygiene, and safety procedures
• Monitor the packaging process and make sure everything runs smoothly
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Help prevent delays and minimize downtime during production

You work Monday to Friday in a rotating 3-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 to 14:00
• Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00 to 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 to 06:00
