Job summary

Start People zoekt een gemotiveerde operator voor de verpakkingsafdeling in Breda. Je configureert en bestuurt de verpakkingslijnen, bewaakt productieprocessen en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om consistentie en veiligheid te waarborgen.

Daarnaast los je eenvoudige technische storingen op en draag je bij aan procesverbeteringen. De functie biedt een drieploegendienst en uitzicht op een vaste positie bij gebleken geschiktheid.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur in verpakkingsprocessen.
• Interesse in technologie en verbetering van productie-efficiëntie.
• Nauwkeurig, fysiek actief en technisch ingesteld.
• Beschikbaar voor werken in drieploegendienst.
• Vaardig in Nederlands en/of Engels, met eigen vervoer.

Responsibilities

• Zet de productielijnen op en draai deze volgens de specificaties.
• Bewaak het productieproces en voer kwaliteitscontroles uit.
• Los kleine technische problemen op en voorkom stilstand door tijdig materialen aan te vullen.
• Draag bij aan procesoptimalisatie en stel verbeteringen voor voor efficiëntie.
• Werk in een drieploegendienst (ochtend, middag, nacht) met een afwisselende werkdag.

As a packaging operator, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient production of beloved candy brands in our modern factory in Breda. Your role involves setting up and monitoring production lines, ensuring quality standards are met, and addressing minor technical issues. With your technical insight and proactive approach, you'll help maintain a safe and productive environment while also having opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

What You Will Do:

• Set up and operate: the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor: the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Resolve: minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
• Contribute: to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Work: in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.
