Job summary

Onze opdrachtgever in Tilburg zoekt een Packaging Operator die verpakkingslijnen runt, bewaakt en afstelt, storingen oplost en zorgt voor een soepele productie.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst van 40 uur per week. Het startsalaris is €3.200 bruto per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslag; na zes maanden salarisverhoging naar €3.373 bruto en na de volledige training €3.400 bruto in het eerste jaar.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als Operator in een productie- of verpakkingsomgeving.
• Sterke technische vaardigheden met zelfstandige storingsoplossing.
• Je kunt in het Engels lezen, schrijven en spreken.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, monitoren en afstellen van verpakkingslijnen.
• Storingen herkennen en oplossen zodat de productie doorloopt.
• Machines correct instellen en productie- en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren.
• Dagelijkse schoonmaak en basisonderhoud van de machines.

As a Packaging Operator, you will ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly, troubleshoot machine issues, and earn a starting salary of €3,200 gross per month, including shift allowance.

Wij bieden

• A starting gross monthly salary of €3200,- including a 21,5% shift allowance;
• Salary increase within the first six months to €3373,-gross including allowance;
• After completing the full training, you will earn €3400,- gross including allowance within the first year;
• Full-time workweek of 40 hours in a 3-shift system;

Functieomschrijving

As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting packaging lines. You will ensure that the machines run efficiently and intervene whenever technical issues occur. You will set up machines correctly, monitor the production process, and carry out quality inspections to ensure that all products meet the required standards.

In addition, you will contribute ideas to improve production processes and work closely with your colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Cleaning and performing basic maintenance on the machines are also part of your daily responsibilities.

• Experience as an Operator in a production or packaging environment.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to operate machines independently and troubleshoot minor malfunctions.
