Mars Veterinary Health Europe is seeking a seasoned P&O Transformation Process & Knowledge Management Lead in Amsterdam for a 12-month FTC. You will design and standardise processes across 19 European countries, driving digital adoption and knowledge governance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Join a cross-functional team delivering major organisational change, leveraging Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and ServiceNow to improve service quality and efficiency across 450+ clinics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transformation programmes or process improvement.
• Experience designing and mapping business processes (Lean Six Sigma, BPMN).
• Knowledge management frameworks and content lifecycle; ServiceNow experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across countries and functions.
• Bachelor's degree; Workday/ServiceNow/change management experience helpful.

The team

You'll join the P&O Transformation team, responsible for delivering strategic change across Mars Veterinary Health Europe. Working closely with P&O leaders, Global Process Owners, HRIS specialists, IT teams and country stakeholders, the team is building a consistent, scalable operating model that supports more than 450 veterinary hospitals and clinics across Europe. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative and international, offering the opportunity to influence how people processes and knowledge are designed and delivered for the future.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience (5+ years) supporting transformation programmes, business process improvement or organisational change, ideally within P&O/HR.
• Proven ability to design, document and improve business processes using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and process mapping standards (e.g. BPMN).
• Experience establishing knowledge management frameworks, governance models and content lifecycle processes, ideally within ServiceNow or a similar platform.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple countries and functions while balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and change management methodologies would be advantageous.
