Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health Europe is seeking a P&O Transformation Process & Knowledge Management Lead to drive standardisation across 19 European countries and to shape the future operating model. You will lead a major transformation programme, advancing process excellence, digital adoption via ServiceNow, and cross-functional collaboration across P&O, HRIS and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transformation programmes or organisational change.
• Ability to design and document processes using Lean Six Sigma and BPMN.
• Experience establishing knowledge-management frameworks and content lifecycles.
• Strong cross-country stakeholder facilitation and governance skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR; familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.

The team

You’ll join the P&O Transformation team, responsible for delivering strategic change across Mars Veterinary Health Europe. Working closely with P&O leaders, Global Process Owners, HRIS specialists, IT teams and country stakeholders, the team is building a consistent, scalable operating model that supports more than 450 veterinary hospitals and clinics across Europe. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative and international, offering the opportunity to influence how people processes and knowledge are designed and delivered for the future.

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) supporting transformation programmes, business process improvement or organisational change, ideally within P&O/HR.
• Proven ability to design, document and improve business processes using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and process mapping standards (e.g. BPMN).
• Experience establishing knowledge management frameworks, governance models and content lifecycle processes, ideally within ServiceNow or a similar platform.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple countries and functions while balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and change management methodologies would be advantageous.
