Hours – FTC : 12 Months Contract
You’ll join the P&O Transformation team, responsible for delivering strategic change across Mars Veterinary Health Europe. Working closely with P&O leaders, Global Process Owners, HRIS specialists, IT teams and country stakeholders, the team is building a consistent, scalable operating model that supports more than 450 veterinary hospitals and clinics across Europe. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative and international, offering the opportunity to influence how people processes and knowledge are designed and delivered for the future.
