Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health Europe is recruiting a P&O Transformation Senior Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term assignment. You will join the MVH Europe Transformation team to analyse people impacts, partner with P&O and Finance, and deliver data-driven insights across Europe.

You will work with P&O, Finance and D&T stakeholders to track changes, maintain baselines and report on benefits within a fast-paced transformation program spanning multiple European sites, including Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Own understanding and tracking of people impacts across MVHE transformation.
• Partner with P&O BPs to capture organisational changes arising from initiatives.
• Track role redesigns, promotions, redeployments and exits.
• Maintain an accurate people-impact baseline across workstreams.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Produce clear reporting for programme leadership and governance.
• Maintain trackers and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support cost and savings implications with Finance Partners.
• Identify data gaps and resolve with stakeholders.
• Build relationships across P&O, Finance, D&T and transformation teams.
