The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Manager Supply Chain Development to lead a small team and drive strategic supply chain projects within the AFH pod in Europe. You will manage two project managers, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and deliver innovation, productivity and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring feasible, efficient supply chain execution.

Qualifications include an EU work permit, a Bachelor or Master degree, 5+ years of experience leading supply

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• 5+ years of experience managing supply chain teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of 2 project managers for strategic objectives and project execution.
• Drive innovation, productivity, network design and compliance project pipeline.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and align on priorities.
• Provide progress reporting to Growth LT and key stakeholders with KPIs.
• Ensure supply chain feasibility and efficiency across AFH topics.
