Job summary

Granot Fresh Europe, based in Maasdijk, the Netherlands, seeks a proactive Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator to own the international logistics process from origin to customer delivery. You will coordinate with the Israel Logistics Manager and the Sales Europe Director to ensure a seamless, cost-aware supply chain with end-to-end visibility.

The role covers carrier coordination, customs, inventory, KPI reporting, and process improvements through digital tools, delivering reliable, on-time

Qualifications

BsC (HBO) working and thinking level.
Substantial experience in international logistics, supply-chain operations or import/export management.
Strong working knowledge of ocean freight, container logistics, customs, warehousing.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-border teams and external service providers under time pressure.
Experience in fresh produce, food, temperature-controlled logistics or other perishable products is strongly preferred.
Comfortable working with ERP, shipment-tracking, warehouse and reporting systems.
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch or Spanish language is an advantage.
Willingness to travel periodically to origins, service providers and customers when required.
Analytical and commercially aware, with a strong understanding of operational cost drivers.
Customer oriented.
Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end international shipments from origin to delivery.
Maintain visible shipment plans, vessel schedules and documentation.
Coordinate with lines, forwarders, customs brokers, ports, warehouses and service providers.
Monitor delays and disruptions; lead corrective actions.
Manage inventory at Cool Control and customer locations.
Develop operational KPIs and routine reports covering shipment performance, inventory, costs and service.
Lead process improvements and support digital tool implementations.
Report to the Director of Sales Europe and the Logistics Manager in Israel.
