Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Medical B.V. Legal Entity is seeking a Clinical Expert Orthopaedics to provide hands-on OR support for hip, knee and trauma procedures in the South-West Netherlands region.

Based in the Rotterdam, Breda, Zeeland area with regional travel, you will assist surgeons, prep instruments, train OR staff, and ensure smooth case flow with compliant, reliable service. Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: OR background with surgical environment experience.
• Strong affinity with orthopedic procedures.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; willing to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative OR support during hip, knee, and trauma procedures.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital stakeholders; act as clinical contact for product questions.
• Assist in product trainings for OR staff and customers; support workshops and basic product introductions.
• Ensure availability and readiness of instruments and implants; support case planning.
• Work in line with company policies and regulatory requirements; maintain professional conduct in the OR.
