Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, based in Rotterdam, seeks an experienced EMEA Order Fulfilment Supervisor to lead its UK and NL team. You will drive on-time orders, coach a multi-location team and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to deliver excellent service.

The role requires 3+ years in order fulfilment leadership, advanced Excel skills and export knowledge. A hybrid work model and a gym on site are offered.

Job Overview

The EMEA Order Fulfilment Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the smooth and effective delivery of customer orders across the DB EMEA region. This position helps ensure the Order Fulfilment function operates consistently, efficiently and in line with agreed service standards, while supporting a positive customer and distributor experience.

Reporting to the UK-based Supply Chain Manager, the Supervisor works closely with colleagues across the Netherlands and the UK to support operational alignment, clear communication and continuous improvement across the wider EMEA Supply Chain organisation.

The role acts as an important link between operations, internal stakeholders and distributors, helping to maintain strong service delivery and effective cross-functional collaboration.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the DB EMEA Order Fulfilment team, ensuring orders are managed accurately, priorities are clearly understood and the team has the support needed to deliver a high level of service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 10 Order Fulfilment direct reports across the UK and Holland, creating a supportive, high-performing and customer-focused environment.
• Plan and manage team workload, holiday cover and day-to-day priorities to ensure service levels are maintained across the DB EMEA Order Fulfilment function.
• Act as the first point of escalation for order, customer or process-related issues, supporting the team to resolve challenges quickly, professionally and in line with business expectations.
• Support performance management, regular one-to-ones, coaching reviews, training and development activities to help the team achieve individual and departmental objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end order process, from order entry through to shipment and invoicing, ensuring orders are progressed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the team follows agreed processes, company policies and country-specific import and export requirements across the EMEA region.
• Monitor performance against key service measures, including on-time collection, order accuracy, backlog management, revenue readiness and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Finance and logistics providers to maintain clear communication, resolve issues and support a smooth customer journey.
• Prepare and use regular reporting, including weekly sales and operational updates, to identify risks, track progress and support informed decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve accuracy, strengthen communication and enhance the overall customer experience.
