Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the optical engineering team.
- Develop optical engineering capabilities to meet project needs.
- Translate requirements into optical concepts, specs and solutions.
- Design, model, simulate and optimize optical systems (preferably Zemax).
- Lead system integration, alignment and validation activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering disciplines.
