Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Full-stack with Python (Odoo) and Vue/Nuxt 3.
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers.
• Structured, strategic and execution-oriented.
• Experience with AI, automation, and LLMs.
• Strong cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build: set technical direction and contribute hands-on across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Translate strategy into execution with daily engineering tasks.
• Mentor and elevate team of seven engineers (incl. remote staff).
• Optimize and scale: improve performance, security, and maintainability.
• Innovate with AI and automation using LLMs.
• Own key products: Merch Platform (Vue), Shop (Nuxt), ERP (Python/Odoo).
