Job summary

Intro EU Staffing is hiring an Operator Production for a modern bakery in Tiel. You will help produce pies and pastries, ensuring machines and ingredients are ready to meet high quality standards.

The role involves setting up and operating production equipment and collaborating with your team to maintain smooth throughput. The job requires experience in food production, a willingness to work a two-shift schedule, and living within 30 km of Tiel with housing in the region.

For a modern bakery in Tiel, we are looking for an Operator who can keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

About the job:

As an Operator in the bakery, you play a key role in the production of pies and pastries. You ensure that both the ingredients and the machines are perfectly prepared so the products meet the highest quality standards.

Your main tasks include:

• Preparing dough and fillings for various pies
• Setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines
• Monitoring safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Recording production data to maintain quality
• Supporting and guiding colleagues on the production line

As an Operator Production you will work in a two-shift system:

• Early shift: 05:00-14:00
• Late shift: 14:00-23:00

Every Friday you finish two hours earlier.

You have it:

• Technical insight and experience operating machines
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• You have experience as a Operator Production (preferably in food)
• You live within 30 km of Tiel
• You have your own housing in the region
• You can travel to Tiel independently
