Job summary

Tagoon Personeelsdiensten B.V. is seeking an Industrial Bakery Operator for Beugen, taking on multiple roles across the production line, including dough making, filling distribution, and packing, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and quality. You may rotate through roles such as doughmaker, fillingmaker, and inpack to support the overall process.

Shifts run 6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00. The position starts at €15.80/hour brutto with shift allowances, and provided accommodation

Qualifications

• Previous production experience preferred.
• Good physical resilience to meet job demands.
• Willing to work night shifts as required.
• Language skills in English, German, or Dutch (spoken).

Responsibilities

• Operate various roles within the production process (bakery operator, doughmaker, fillingmaker, inpack).
• Assist with handling dough containers, add flour, clean around the line, and help robots distribute fillings.
• Meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Job description

Our client is an industrial bakery specializing in frozen pastries for supermarkets and Horeca (hotel, restaurant, and café) establishments.
We are searching for new colleagues to join our dynamic team in Beugen.

Job Description:
• As an Industrial Bakery Operator, you may be assigned to different roles within the production process:
• Reach truck operator: work within expedition department, preparing pallets for dispatching, replenishment, supporting the expedition process, valid Dutch license required, solid experience as reach operator, willing to undergo internal test and work in 2 shifts.
• Production Helpers: Assist with tasks such as handling empty dough containers, adding extra flour on the production line, cleaning around the production line, and assisting robots in distributing fillings.
• Doughmakers: Prepare dough according to specified recipes and production schedules.
• Fillingmakers: Prepare and distribute fillings for pastries.
• Inpack: pack the products on the line
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Shifts:
• 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Requirements:
• Previous production experience preferred.
• Good physical resilience to meet the demands of the job.
• Availability to work night shifts as required.
• Language skills in one of the following:** English, German, or Dutch (spoken).**
