Job summary

Intro EU Staffing partners with a modern bakery in Tiel to hire an experienced Operator Food to keep pies and pastries production running smoothly. You will operate and adjust production machines, ensuring high quality and compliance with HACCP standards.

Responsibilities include recording production data, supporting colleagues on the line, and maintaining efficient workflow. The role requires willingness to work a two-shift system and live within 30 km of Tiel.

Qualifications

• Residence within 30 km of Tiel or nearby housing consideration.
• Willing to commute independently to Tiel and live in the region.

For a modern bakery in Tiel, we are looking for an experienced Operator Food who can keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

About the job

As an Operator in the industrial bakery, you play a key role in the production of pies and pastries. You ensure that both the ingredients and the machines are perfectly prepared so the products meet the highest quality standards.

Your main tasks include:

• Preparing dough and fillings for various pies
• Setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines
• Monitoring safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Recording production data to maintain quality
• Supporting and guiding colleagues on the production line

As an Operator Production you will work in a two-shift system:

• Early shift: 05:00 - 14:00
• Late shift: 14:00 - 23:00

Every Friday you finish two hours earlier.

You have it:

• Technical insight and experience operating machines
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• You have experience as a Operator Production (preferably in food)
• You live within 30 km of Tiel
• You have your own housing in the region
• You can travel to Tiel independently

You deserve it:

• €3250 - €4500 gross p/m + allowance and holiday money (based on 38h and experience)
• 34% shift allowance for work before 06:00 and after 18:00
